Brilliant out call can be reactivated if it was disabled due to Inactivity. User may be charged a reactivation fee. Reactivating will only be availed to user if National Identification Card is submitted and accepted. User is advised to check the Submission status before trying to reactivate Brilliant Out call service. If the NID was rejected user will need to resubmit NID before reactivation. After reactivation, user will be assigned a New Brilliant Number if the previously assigned number is unavailable.
