Emergency Calls: Brilliant does not guarantee access to emergency services, including law enforcement agencies, hospitals, medical services, or other emergency response organizations. By using the service, you acknowledge and agree that InterCloud Limited shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from the inability to place or complete emergency calls.
Service Availability: Brilliant strives to provide reliable and high-quality services at all times. However, because communications are transmitted through public telecommunications and internet networks, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.
Fair Usage Policy: Unlimited subscription plans are intended for normal personal use only. Commercial use, call reselling, revenue-generating activities, or unlawful usage is strictly prohibited.
Indemnification: By using Brilliant, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless InterCloud Limited, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the service.
Intellectual Property: All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, software, service descriptions, and materials associated with Brilliant are the exclusive property of InterCloud Limited.

Account balances remain valid for three months. To maintain balance validity, users must perform at least one off-net call, SMS, or payment transaction within the validity period.
